Treasure Hunt in al-Khalifa
13 Feb, 2023
Imagine you are a bird, flying high above al-Khalifa neighborhood, and looking down on the streets and buildings. Do you like what you see? Now let’s swoop down to al-Khalifa street and take a stroll through its alleys and find out what they have in store for us.
Sign-up your children and little loved ones to join us for a Treasure Hunt in al-Khalifa! Get your explorer hats on and be prepared to find out all about the history of al-Khalifa.
This is your chance to get closer to al-Khalifa’s monuments and live the neighbourhood’s daily activities, all while having some special family-fun! Our little guests will also get the chance to get creative, as they put together their own artistic creations inspired by their experience of the day. During your hunt in al-Khalifa, participants will also engage in activities that encourage them to interact with al-Khalifa’s kind-hearted community.
This tour concludes with a special activity, where all children participants will collectively spot and color-in places they visited during the tour, and work together on a storytelling session where they take their new artworks, tales and memories back home!
This event is part of al-Khalifa Tours program. It is organised by the Built Environment Collective and all revenues go towards supporting the sustainability of the NGO’s educational and community programs in al-Khalifa neighbourhood.
